3-Year Limited Guarantee

Your Innotrik® branded products against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from authorized distributors, re-seller, retailer or partner. This guarantee is extended to and valid only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

 

The guarantee is valid from the date of retail purchase for a period of 3 years and for the period of the first year, the product will be replaced in case of defect or material workmanship.

 

In the case of a covered guarantee defect, Innotrik at its option:

 

(1) Repair the product using new or refurbished parts;

(2) In the first year of the warranty, replace the product with an equivalent new or product; or

(3) Provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product.

 

This guarantee does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident, external causes or purposeful damage. Any unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this guarantee.

 

For guarantee service on covered defects during the guarantee period, please contact the re-seller, retailer, sales partner or distributor. Prior to providing guarantee service, you are required to register the product and we may require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to an original receipt or sales invoice.

 

This limited guarantee  gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws, including your rights against the person who sold the product to you. To the extent permitted by law, this guarantee is the only warranty provided by Innotrik and this disclaims all other guarantees express or implied including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and Innotrik's total liability shall be limited to the original purchase price.
